Once we agree on the project details, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.

If your portrait is needed by a specific date, please contact me as early as possible. There is usually a waitlist.
Typical completion time is 3–6 weeks, depending on size, complexity, and availability.

A high-quality reference photo is essential for achieving the best possible result.

Best photo guidelines:

• Natural lighting (outdoor or well-lit indoor spaces work best)

• Sharp focus and close framing

• No screenshots or heavily cropped images

You are welcome to send multiple photos — I’m happy to help you choose the best one.

If subjects are in different photos, they can be drawn together, provided the image quality is similar.

In cases involving a deceased person or pet with limited photo material, I will do my best to carefully recreate your loved one with your guidance where details are unclear.

When the drawing is completed, I will send you a photo of the finished artwork.

Once you confirm you are fully satisfied, the remaining balance is due before shipping.

Minor adjustments are included before final delivery. Major changes after completion may incur additional fees.

I am based in Romania and ship my custom portrait commissions worldwide. Shipping costs are quoted individually based on destination and size.

Your artwork is carefully packed and shipped flat or rolled, depending on size and location.

You will receive a tracking number once your portrait has been shipped.
